About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to drive outbound sales initiatives for the Australia market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating client conversations, and scheduling strategic meetings for the senior sales team.

This role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound calling campaigns targeting Australia-based prospects
Conduct structured email outreach and follow-up sequences
Engage prospects through LinkedIn communication and networking
Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities
Ensure consistent follow-up and pipeline hygiene

Required Experience & Skills

3–4 years of experience in IT services lead generation or international sales
Prior experience handling the Australia market (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct in-depth company and prospect research
Professional, culturally aware approach to international communication
Candidates must be comfortable working in the AU time zone (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST including 1-hour break)
Target-driven, performance-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms
